I use this KVM adapter with my Belkin F1D104 KVM to hook up vintage Mac’s on my workbench, it converts PS/2 KB/Mouse and VGA from the KVM, to ADB KB/Mouse and DB15 Mac video.  Very handy gadget to have if you work on a lot of old Macs.
